A skill is a focused instruction file you attach to Microsoft 365 Copilot. Download the .md file, attach it to a Copilot chat, paste the activation prompt, then ask Copilot to do the job.
Click Download on the skill you need. It saves the .md file to your machine.
Open Microsoft 365 Copilot in a new chat. Attach the .md file like any other document.
Use the Copy prompt button to grab the activation line, then paste it into the chat.
Ask Copilot to do the task. It will follow the skill's rules — structure, tone, checks, and guardrails.
